Write to EstateNook to correct a listing, suggest an estate agent, conveyancer, surveyor or removal company, or manage your own firm's listing.

A detail that has changed

If a firm has moved office, changed its phone number or opening hours, merged with another or stopped trading, email info@estatenook.co.uk with its name and town and we will check and correct the listing.

A firm that is missing

If you know an estate agent, conveyancing solicitor, chartered surveyor or removal company that should be in the list for its town, send us its name, its address and what it does. We will review it against the criteria explained in “How we select”.

If the firm is yours

The business area, linked from the top of every page, lets you claim your listing, keep your services, hours and contact details up to date and see the visibility plans. If your firm is not listed yet, you can ask us to review it from there.

We cannot advise on your move

We cannot answer questions about your own purchase or sale, your contract, your survey report or your mortgage, and we cannot tell you which firm to choose. Those questions belong with your conveyancer, your surveyor or your lender.

A complaint about a firm

We do not handle complaints about the firms listed here. Raise it with the firm first, using its own complaints procedure. If that does not settle it, an estate agent's complaint can go to its redress scheme. A complaint about the service of a solicitor or licensed conveyancer in England and Wales can go to the Legal Ombudsman, and in Scotland to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission. In Northern Ireland, the Law Society of Northern Ireland can tell you where to take it. A firm regulated by RICS must have a complaints procedure that ends with an independent body, and a removal company that belongs to a trade association may be able to use its dispute service.
